Paper Prints Policy

Asian Journal of Research in Economics and Finance (AJREF) primarily operates as an online, open-access journal. However, the journal provides paper print options under specific conditions as outlined below:

1. Online-First Publication

All articles are published online as the official version of record. Printed copies are optional and produced only upon request.

2. Printed Copies on Demand

Authors, institutions, and libraries may request printed copies of:

  • A single article,

  • A full issue, or

  • A complete journal volume.

Requests must be submitted through the journal’s official email or submission system.

3. Printing Charges

Since AJREF is an open-access journal, printing and postage costs are borne by the requester. Charges vary depending on:

  • Number of pages

  • Number of copies

  • Delivery location (domestic or international)

A formal quotation will be provided before processing.

4. Quality of Prints

Printed copies follow professional publishing standards, including:

  • High-quality paper

  • Clear text and graphics

  • Durable binding for full issues or volumes

5. Delivery Timeline

Once the printing request is approved and payment is received, printed copies are usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks, depending on workload and shipping conditions.

6. No Mandatory Prints

AJREF does not require authors to order printed copies. Paper prints are entirely optional and do not affect acceptance or publication decisions.

7. Archive Prints

The journal maintains a limited number of printed archival copies for internal record-keeping and library preservation.
